There are 3 exercises and we increase the intensity each day! Sounds simple right?
If you’re looking for a new challenge or thinking of getting those abs in check, it’s time to kick it up a notch. It’s never too early to get started and this 30 Day Ab Challenge is a great way to keep yourself accountable!
All you need is an Exercise Ball.
You’re going to challenge yourself to 3 different exercises:
1. The Crunch
2. The Plank
3. The Knee Tuck
Begin with day 1 and do the stated reps / hold time for each exercise. When starting out, adjust as needed and work your way up.
