These Sliders Are Also Great For Carpeted Surfaces (You Would Use The Slick Pink End Face Down In That Case). You Can Also Simply Perform Sliding Moves By Stepping Or Jumping The Feet To Position. ??go all out performing 8 high knee sprints, recover briefly with a low impact motion (but keep moving!), then repeat until time is up!
??to modify, perform continuous high knee marches
2️⃣slider mountain climber + commando
3️⃣180 degree squat jump + alternating ankle taps
??to modify, perform regular squat jumps or air squats
4️⃣reverse tabletop runners
??keep those elbows soft, no locking out! see clip for how to modify — you can further modify by simply stepping each foot out, without the hops
